Marshall Clark Profile

About the Practice

Marshall Clark is a practice of Commercial Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors, formed in 1994 and now managed by partners Stuart Clark and Wayne Gosden from our base in Worthing, West Sussex.

At Marshall Clark we pride ourselves on offering a high-quality personal service for our clients, many of whom have a relationship with us that has developed over many years. The vast majority of our commissions come from recommendations. We feel that our breadth of experience allows us to communicate effectively with all parties from contractors to clients, being involved in all aspects of commercial management and building surveying.

In September 2003 Marshall Clark became a Limited Liability Partnership, at which time Wayne Gosden became Building Surveying Partner.

In April 2005, we opened our office in Worthing to service our many long-standing clients along the South Coast, but still maintain links with our original client-base in Crawley.
