Bob brings to Marshall Clark over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market having previously worked at Hall Pain & Foster in Portsmouth and Southampton, Stiles Horton Ledger in Worthing and Whiteheads Commercial in Chichester before setting up his own development and investment consultancy.

As a director of development and investment company Wyncon plc Bob has broad experience of the development process from inception to completion and has been personally responsible for projects ranging from out of town retail, office campus, industrial parks and neighbourhood shopping to mixed use residential led schemes.
