Marshall Clark are pleased to announced that they have been involved with the acquisition of a new store in Chidham for St Wilfrid’s Hospice. This new store will complement the retail facilities that the hospice currently offers and help with valuable fund raising activities.
The store itself is a brand new building providing 2,895 square foot of retail space on the South side of the A259 and is a short distance to the West of Bosham. Stuart Clark of Marshall Clark worked closely with Siobhan Robinson, Head of Retail at St Wilfrid’s Hospice, on this acquisition over a period of approximately 12 months. Marshall Clark was able to assist St Wilfrid’s with firstly the identification of the opportunity and also the negotiations and agreement of the lease terms with the landlords and developers.
